We acknowledge that all of Life is inherently interconnected. Relationships are the bedrock of our work together. We are here to listen, empower, and collaborate with those already leading the way.

INTEGRITY

Trust is the speed by which we move and is the touchstone we consistently come back to. Many of our relations are with indigenous and frontline communities who’s trust has been continually fractured by colonial systems. We build trust through the alignment of what we think, say, feel, and do.

RECIPROCITY

We are continuously working toward increasing vitality in living systems and believe a core tenet of this is reciprocity. For natural systems to flow, giving is a prerequisite for receiving.

DO NO HARM

Our world is incredibly complex and requires humility and awareness. In all we do, we aim to do no harm.
